Every Session, There’s Money on the Table
GPA backs every cash game with the strongest promotion stack of any poker room in Bengaluru — a live progressive Bad Beat Jackpot, weekend Splash Pots, rare-hand bonuses paid at the table, and a First-16 buy-in bonus twice a day. All funded by GPA. None come out of your pot.
The Bad Beat Jackpot
Lose a monster, win the room. If your Aces full of Jacks or better gets cracked at showdown, you don’t leave broken — you leave with half the live progressive pool. The player who beat you collects 25%. The other 25% is split equally among everyone else seated at the table. Three winners from a single hand.
The pool is seeded at 1,00,000 at launch and resets to a 50,000 seed after every hit, so the next jackpot is already growing the moment one is paid. The live pool is updated on the floor display at the start of every operating day.
- Qualifier: Losing hand of Aces full of Jacks (AAAJJ) or higher
- Both hole cards must play for the winning and losing hands
- Showdown required. Folded hands never qualify
- Minimum pot: 5,000 at showdown
- Split: 50% loser · 25% winner · 25% rest of the table
- Live pool displayed on the floor display, updated daily
Rare Hand Bonuses
Hit a monster, get paid for it — on top of the pot you’ve already won. GPA pays a flat cash bonus, in chips, every time you make a Royal Flush, Straight Flush, or Quads at showdown using both your hole cards. The dealer calls the floor, the bonus is verified, and you’re paid at the table within ten minutes.
There’s no claim to file and no points to redeem. You hit it, we pay it. If you consent to a photo for the wall of fame, you’re welcome to — but the bonus is yours either way.

Promotions FAQ
What is the GPA Bad Beat Jackpot and how does it work?
The Bad Beat Jackpot is a live progressive pool. If you lose a cash-game hand with Aces full of Jacks or better against an even stronger hand at showdown, you collect 50% of the pool. The player who beat you takes 25%, and the remaining 25% is split among the other active players at the table. The pool seeds at 1,00,000 and resets to 50,000 after every hit. Both winner and loser must use both hole cards; pot must be 5,000 or more.
What hand qualifies for the bad beat?
The losing hand must be Aces full of Jacks (AAAJJ) or stronger, beaten at showdown by an even better hand. Both hole cards must play for both hands. Folded hands never qualify — even if they would have made the hand on a later street.
When and how do GPA splash pots work?
Every Saturday and Sunday between 8 PM and 1 AM, the Floor Manager drops two 5,000 splashes into live, contested pots — four splashes and 20,000 in free chips per weekend. Timing and table selection are random. The splash chips become part of the pot and are won by the hand winner. The hand must reach the flop with at least three players for a splash to apply.
Do I need to claim a rare-hand bonus, or is it automatic?
It is automatic. The dealer announces the qualifying hand at showdown and calls the Floor Manager. Once verified, the bonus is paid in chips at the table within ten minutes, in addition to the pot you have already won. Pot must be 5,000 or more and both hole cards must play.
Is the First-16 buy-in bonus per session, per day, or per window?
It applies per window. The First-16 bonus runs twice a day — 12 PM to 2 PM and again from 6 PM to 8 PM. The first sixteen players to buy in during each window receive a 5,000 bonus credit at their seat. Unused credit does not roll over.
Can I combine promotions in a single hand?
Yes. Bonuses stack. If you flop quads on a Saturday-night Splash Pot table and the same hand also triggers the Bad Beat Jackpot, you collect each applicable bonus in addition to the pot.
Are bonuses funded by player rake?
All promotional bonuses on this page are funded by Grand Poker Arena out of our promotional spend. They are operationally independent of player buy-ins, the rake, and any rewards points pool. The bonus you collect is the bonus we pay.
What stops collusion or chip dumping for the bonuses?
Every Bad Beat hit is independently verified by the Floor Manager and the Pit Manager, with mandatory CCTV review before payout. Collusion to engineer any bonus hit results in immediate expulsion from GPA, forfeit of the bonus, and permanent membership review.
