About Grand Poker Arena

Members-Only Access: GPA is a private, members-only club. Entry is restricted to verified members and their approved guests.

Age Requirement: All members and guests must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at every visit.

Accepted ID Proofs: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence (DL), Voter ID.

Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke membership at any time without assigning a reason.

• No Alcohol: Consumption or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• No Weapons: Firearms, knives, or any weapons are strictly prohibited.
• No Drugs: Possession, use, or distribution of any illegal substances is prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and reporting to authorities.
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the gaming or lounge areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

• No Collusion: Collusion, chip dumping, soft play, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban.
• No Electronic Devices for Advantage: Use of any electronic devices (phones, tablets, smartwatches) to gain an unfair advantage during play is forbidden.
• Phones Away During Play: Mobile phones must be kept away from the table during active hands.
• No Photography: Photography, video recording, or live streaming is not permitted in the gaming area.
• Floor Manager's Decision is Final: In the event of any dispute, the Floor Manager's ruling is binding and not subject to appeal at the table.

24/7 CCTV Surveillance: The entire premises is monitored by high-definition CCTV cameras around the clock for the safety and security of all members.

Consent by Entry: By entering the premises, all members and guests consent to being recorded by CCTV. Footage may be reviewed for dispute resolution, security, or compliance purposes.

Zero Tolerance: Abusive language, threats, intimidation, or any form of aggressive behaviour toward staff or other members will result in immediate expulsion and potential permanent ban.

• TDS on Winnings: Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at 30% is applicable on net winnings as per Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Cash Limit: Cash transactions are accepted up to 2,00,000 per person per financial year in compliance with PMLA regulations.
• PAN Mandatory: PAN Card is mandatory for all transactions of 50,000 or above.
• No Cash Withdrawal of Winnings: All winnings are settled exclusively via bank transfer to KYC-verified accounts. No cash payouts.
• No Credit or Third-Party Transactions: Players must use their own funds only. No credit, lending, borrowing, or third-party buy-ins are permitted.

Smart Casual: GPA maintains a smart-casual dress code. Members are welcome in collared shirts, polos, button-downs, jeans, chinos, and closed shoes.

Not Permitted: Sleeveless vests, beachwear, sportswear, slippers/flip-flops, and torn clothing are not permitted in the gaming area.

VVIP Room: The VVIP private room expects business casual or smarter — collared shirts, formal trousers, leather shoes.

Cash Game Seats: Walk-in seating is available subject to availability. To guarantee a seat, message us on WhatsApp at +91 89515 24449 at least an hour ahead.

Waitlist: When tables are full, your name goes on the waitlist in order of arrival. The floor will call you when a seat opens. You may be skipped if you're not on the floor when called.

Tournament Pre-Registration: Strongly recommended for The Grand Bounty and the GPA Championship — these regularly approach capacity. The Daily Freeroll is open to all members on a walk-in basis; arrive at least 30 minutes early.

No-Show Policy: If you pre-register for a tournament and don't show up without notice on three or more occasions, we may decline future pre-registrations. Cancel by WhatsApp anytime before start to keep your slot in good standing.

F&B Menu: A curated menu of small plates, mains, and non-alcoholic beverages is available throughout operating hours. Members can order tableside and the floor will bring it to your seat.

Pricing: All F&B is à la carte and billed separately at the cashier on settlement.

No Alcohol: In line with house rules and licence conditions, no alcohol is served or permitted on the premises. We're a poker room — not a bar.

Outside Food & Drink: Not permitted, with the exception of sealed water bottles.

Complimentary Valet: Free valet parking is offered for all members at the building entrance. Drop your keys with the valet team — your vehicle is parked in the building's covered lot.

Capacity: The building parking accommodates 30+ vehicles across two levels. On busy Saturdays, the valet team handles overflow via a partner lot a short walk away.

Two-Wheelers: Dedicated two-wheeler parking is available at the entrance.

Cab / Auto: Search "Grand Poker Arena HSR Layout" on Uber, Ola, Rapido, or Google Maps. The drop-off point is the building entrance on Outer Ring Road, Jakkasandra.

Optional, Always Appreciated: Tipping dealers and floor staff is not mandatory. It is a long-standing live poker convention and is appreciated by the team that keeps the games running smoothly.

Customary Range: Tournament cashes — a small percentage of your prize. Cash games — a token tip per pot won, or at the end of your session. There's no fixed amount; tip what you're comfortable with.

How to Tip: You can hand chips directly to the dealer at the table, or settle a tip with the cashier on cash-out.
